ADR-0009: Browser-agent EC2 status quo

Status: Superseded by ADR-0012 and ec2-decom 2026-04-27

The browser-agent EC2 (i-041fde2c3e3b9d8a0, pms-consumer PM2) hosted direct AppFolio automation via Browser Use + Claude. It has been decommissioned. Renewals migrated to the agent-runtime Lambda + L4 HTTP path (PR #11, ADR-0012). Work-order creation migrated 2026-04-27 (PR #442, companion appfolio-browser-agent#18). On 2026-04-27 pms-consumer was stopped and the box is pending termination after a soak window.
