Yale 25 on Yardi: what we launch now

ConAm is moving Yale 25 Station from RealPage to Yardi. A paid connection to Yardi is months away. The question is what goes live meanwhile. 16 Sep 2026. Technical detail and sources: the Yale tracker, Decision 13.
Recommendation: launch now. Clara is the leasing CRM; Yardi is their back office. Clara answers every lead, books every tour and sends the application link from day one, with no Yardi connection. Yardi handles the application, the screening and the lease. ConAm forwards Yardi's own emails to our mailbox so Clara knows who applied, who was approved and who signed. A paid Yardi connection comes later and adds plumbing, not the launch.

What changes and what does not

DiesStep 1 of the onboarding packet: the RealPage user for Clara. Not needed on Yardi.
StandsSteps 2 to 4: the community mailbox and calendar, the daily rent roll, and pointing Zillow and the website at Clara.
WebsiteStays as is, same address. Pricing and availability keep flowing to it from Yardi instead of RealPage. Only the Apply button's destination changes.
Application linkToday it points at RealPage. After the move it points at Yardi's apply page. ConAm gives us the new link; Clara sends that one instead.

The funnel after the move

Solid purple = works on day one, no Yardi involved. Dashed = ConAm forwards Yardi's own emails to our mailbox. A paid Yardi connection later replaces the dashed lines with a direct link; it does not change the purple ones.

Three options

OptionWhat it meansWhenCostWhat we give up
1 · Launch now recommendedClara takes leads, books tours and sends the application link, no Yardi connection. ConAm forwards Yardi's application, approval and lease emails to our mailbox so Clara knows the outcome. Paid connection added later.Days$0 nowConAm's Yardi has no record of leads and tours until the paid connection. PropFlow has them.
2 · Pay Yardi first, then launchSign the Yardi connection agreement before going live so leads, tours and application status flow directly between the two systems from day one.Weeks to months$10K to $25K a yearTime. Ownership has been waiting since April.
3 · Ask ConAm to delay their moveKeep Yale on RealPage until we are ready.$0Not realistic. RealPage refused to work with us in August, and ConAm already runs Yardi elsewhere.
