2026-08-21 · The machinery is verified (lead funnel, renewal lane, escalation loop, silence gates — all green). This script is the part only you can judge: how it feels. Check items off as you go — ticks save automatically.
Setup — read first
The Willows line: (844) 285-3526 — call and text. Email: propflowaicalendar@outlook.com.
Your own number gets a persona. By default it may route as PM/staff, not prospect. Run /willows-persona prospect before the prospect walks, and /willows-persona restore after — or use a fresh virtual number for the true first-contact experience.
Your number is un-muted. The stale escalation that was silently blocking texts to you (and 35 other stuck test conversations) was cleared today. If Clara goes silent mid-walk, that's a real finding now, not leftover debris.
Escalation emails land at fede@propflowai.co (you're the configured owner at the bench).

Known-open, expect these
Four bugs from your 8/19 listen-tests are still open on voice: (1) the "someone's already handling this" greeting can blank the rest of the call's context; (2) old adversarial-test questions can leak into your caller history; (3) the sandbox can transfer you to your own number; (4) a captured question can dead-end with "the team will follow up" when nothing is queued. The fake office background noise is fixed. Filler-word audio drop is fixed.
Walk 4 — Escalation loop (the "Yes thank you" fix, live)

Anything that felt wrong
Machine-verified today, so you don't have to: email lead funnel (20+ live assertions), renewal-lane guards + live state read, full escalation loop end-to-end, 229 silence-gate/notice unit tests, 36 stuck test escalations cleared. Still open and tracked: voice bugs 1–4 above, the addressed-to-Clara routing carve-out, and the SMS gas-leak life-safety flag (out of current scope, flagged).
