Does Clara ever lose a hand-off because the call's end is never reported?
No. Read-only measurement, 14 days to 2026-11-03, Twilio call log + ElevenLabs conversations + PropFlow records by call id.
| What | Count |
|---|---|
| Inbound calls with a dialled-out leg | 81 |
| …of those with a Clara (ElevenLabs) conversation | 44 |
| …that reached "done", so the end-of-call step ran | 41 |
| …that never reached "done" | 3, all on 11-03, all 0 turns (Clara never connected) |
| Clara transfers whose end-of-call notice never arrived | 0 of 44 |
The three that never closed (call tails …0bb346, …e3ec60, …8d69b4) were the day Clara's voice account ran out of credits. In each, the leg that was dialled was the backup front door ringing a person, not Clara handing off. Recording a Clara hand-off on those calls would put a wrong record on the page, so the hand-off fix (propflowai#24825) correctly wrote nothing.
The other 37 dialled calls have no Clara conversation: they are ring-line legs (covered by propflowai#24818) and backup front-door calls.
What this found instead
The backup front door never records the leg it dials, so every backup call is flagged by the daily call check as an unrecorded hand-off (10 on 11-03). That is filed as its own row on the transfer-leg-stamp board.
Row: transfer-leg-when-call-never-closes. Measured 2026-11-03 by a read-only lane; raw reads kept off this page because they carry phone numbers.
