Conversation action cards: the Figma design, in the app

• Every card in a conversation thread (tours, work orders, calls, team questions, held drafts, opt-outs) gets the icon tile and the two-column layout.
• The clock is off the card. The exact time is the first line of the card's ⋯ menu.
• Tour cards show the place, in person or virtual, who it is assigned to, and the full day and time.
• New: Knowledge base updated with the brain icon, shown only where a teammate's answer was actually saved (part 2).
