"Last changed by …" inside the header's (i)

Captured on this branch's own dev server (Stripe key empty), staging data, company Fairhaven Residential (TEST), with the pointer on the (i). The stamp is the bubble's smaller, dimmer last line. Nothing about it is visible on the page itself. Before this change it sat in the header row beside the section tabs (desktop only).
