Split view on by default once a property is picked; one column has no caption row. TEST company only.

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.
One column, so the grid has no caption row (no lone "Company" above Office phone), and the first row has no doubled top rule. The Split view switch sits in the header row, disabled with a reason, because no property is picked.
Asserted in the captured DOM — Split view · Company
Picking a TEST building puts Company and it side by side straight away, captioned so you can tell them apart. The switch reads on.

Turning the switch off shows only the focused column. Unsaved edits in the hidden column are kept, and the save bar still covers them (unit-tested).

Billing draws no split view, so the switch is greyed and its tooltip says why. It sits in the same place as on every page, so nothing shifts.
