The two questionnaires customers answered before the Onboarding & go-live hub existed (the leasing knowledge review and the renewals questionnaire), mapped question by question; the gaps are now asked in the hub. PRs #16455, #16458, #16460. Captured on stage's sandbox company, which is already live, so every answer shows read-only.

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.
The old leasing knowledge review asked for the income multiple and the rest of the screening rule (credit, rental history, evictions). The hub only asked income. The new question sits last in Applying, saves to the company knowledge section onboarding-application-screening, and holds the section's dot open until answered. Its help line states the same-rules-for-everyone principle on purpose: screening is where fair-housing mistakes happen.
Asserted in the captured DOM — What else do you check besides income? · The same rules apply to every applicant. The new questions are on screen, in words.

Utilities were a review question with no hub home; they now follow Smoking and count until answered. After the company rules comes the optional building question: the review asked rules one building at a time (no pets at one building, lockbox tours at two others), and every hub question is company-wide, so this is where a building's own rule is written. It never carries a pending dot.

The review's office row carried hours, the address and the walk-in rule. Hours were already asked; the address and walk-in rule now follow them as an optional knowledge question.

The renewals questionnaire asked four things nothing in the product can store yet. They are listed as Coming soon (decision 5: shown, never counted, no storage invented) so every question from that questionnaire is on the hub. The rest of it is already answered on Renewals › Offers and Leasing › People.
Asserted in the captured DOM — How do you mark an eviction in AppFolio? · Any homes or tenants Clara should never contact about renewals? · Where should renewal notices go? · Anything else about renewals? · Coming soon. The new questions are on screen, in words.

37 questionnaire rows: 24 were already asked, 4 partly, 9 not at all. Parts 1 and 2 add four leasing knowledge questions (two counted, two optional); part 3 lists the renewals questionnaire's four questions that have no settings home yet as Coming soon. No go-live checklist resolver change was needed: counted questions feed the progress ring through the section fields.
