PR #23037 adds the missing live-alias step to conversation_events_bridge_preview, but its drift test gates on a HAND-TYPED job list — so a future :live-triggered preview lane that nobody adds to that list ships without the step, which is exactly the 2026-10-28 failure shape. Derive the gated set from the workflow itself (every *_preview job with LIVE_ALIAS: live), and close the stuck-alias gap the PR defers.
