Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.

1 · While loading: an icon-sized grey square

The company's Leasing calendar row while its status is still loading. The icon slot is a grey square the icon's size. On main this slot drew the Microsoft (Outlook) calendar logo, which then flickered to the real one.

2 · Settled, no calendar: a neutral calendar icon

Once the read answers that no calendar is connected, the slot shows a plain calendar outline in the page's faint text colour, never a vendor's logo. A connected Google or Microsoft calendar shows its own logo; no anonymous stage persona has one, so that state is pinned by the unit tests instead of a capture.
