Send leases for signature: the staff switch under Leasing
A dark company switch, off by default, under the Leasing row of the customer page's Modules table. The older per-building switch that decides today is relabelled "Send leases for signature (older switch)", following the turnover precedent. Captured on the Fairhaven Residential (TEST) company on the stage data source, in light and dark mode.

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.
1 · Light mode: the switch, off, under the Leasing row
Under Leasing in the Modules table, right after Reviewers, the new company switch reads Send leases for signature with one short line. It is off and nothing reads it yet, so its tooltip says it is not in use and that the building switch decides today. Further down the same card, the per-building switch that the approve step reads today is now labelled Send leases for signature (older switch), the same way the turnover precedent labels its older building switch. The two rows no longer share one name.
