Send turnover work out automatically: the staff switch under Maintenance
Part 2 of the turnover auto-release feature. The company switch sits under the Maintenance row of the customer page's Modules table, off by default. Captured on the Fairhaven Residential (TEST) company on the stage data source, in light and dark mode.

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.
1 · Light mode: the switch, off, under the Maintenance row
Under Maintenance in the Modules table, after the Reviewers sub-row, a single switch reads Send turnover work out automatically with one short line (the detail is on hover) and no setting names. It is a sub-row of the module, not a second module status, so the module's own status and button are unchanged. It is off: no company has the setting, and only Fede turns it on.

2 · Dark mode: the same row
The same switch in dark mode. Label, description and the off toggle use the shared theme tokens, so the row reads the same as the Reviewers row above it.
