Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.

1 · General › How Clara talks

After the three style questions (never say, tone, sign-off) come two new cards. The first asks which language most residents and renters speak: English, Spanish, or another language typed in the box. The second asks whether many of them speak a second language, with No as an answer so a company can say so.

Both are clicks, like the tone card, and both say Clara will use this soon: nothing reads them until part 2.

Asserted in the captured DOM — How should Clara sign off? · Which language do most of your residents and renters speak? · Do many of them speak a second language? · Another language · Clara will use this soon.

2 · Settings › Calls & messages edits the same answers

The How Clara talks card on Calls & messages shows the same two language cards, saving to the same records as the hub. That is the Settings home every How Clara talks answer already uses.

3 · General › Office: one less link out

"Asked in other sections" used to point Languages at Maintenance › Residents. General asks it itself now, so that row is gone. This test company has Maintenance off, so its emergencies link is hidden too (as before); with Maintenance on, the card lists emergencies, tour hours and who Clara escalates to. Maintenance › Residents itself (no languages card any more) is covered by its DOM test, since this company's Maintenance pages redirect away.
