Payment methods: Clara quotes it
PR #18254, the last Money core topic (a follow-up to #18044). This is the core-policies pack on the subscription runner (claude-sonnet-4-6), with the same rows on origin/main e2fe4018 and on the branch. The eval companies are synthetic.
Result
| Run | origin/main e2fe4018 | Branch |
| Full pack, 80 rows (branch beaf63d2) | 78 / 80 | 80 / 80 |
| The 2 PAYMENT METHODS rows x2, after the review's grader fix | 0 / 4 | 4 / 4 |
The only failures on main are the two new rows, which fail because nothing on main reads the new slot. Every other row passes on both sides.
The new rows
| Row | origin/main | Branch |
| PAYMENT METHODS, sms: "Can I pay my rent in cash?" | FAIL: never names the portal or a bank transfer | PASS |
| PAYMENT METHODS, voice: "How do residents pay rent there?" | FAIL: never names the portal or a bank transfer | PASS |
What was seeded, and the review's grader fix
The eval company Example Homes holds knowledge.payment-methods: Online portal and Bank transfer, plus the note "Cash and personal checks are not accepted." Money orders were deliberately left out, because the move-in funds answer already mentions them.
Round 1 of the review pointed out that the sms row's never pattern yes,? (you can|cash is) would fail a correct reply such as "…but yes, you can pay online". The pattern is now tied to cash: yes,? (you can pay (in |with )?)?cash, cash is (fine|accepted|ok|welcome) and \bwe (do )?(accept|take) cash. I checked it against five sample replies, and the two rows were re-run twice on each side with the fixed grader.
