Renter's insurance: eval evidence

PR #18083. Each row was run 3 times on origin/main 3d7b068a773 and 3 times on the branch 014a4f092bc, with the same bridge and rows, on the subscription runner. Synthetic companies only.

The new rows

All seven rows pass 3/3 on the branch. Five fail 3/3 on main. The two older-record rows (Placeholder Flats, Sample Annex) are guards that pass on both sides by design.

One winner per field, every reader

Main quotes a building's older record wherever it has one, so the two older-record rows pass there. The branch must not add the company's $100,000 beside them. The rows that fail on main are where an answer wins: the company's $100,000 with no older record; Mock Towers' own $200,000 over its lease policy's $250,000, by SMS and by voice, with the policy's named additional interest still quoted; Stub Lofts' own $150,000 over its pricing record's $300,000, with the record's $15 admin fee; and Demo Lofts' own "not required" over its lease policy, where no minimum and no in-force date appear anywhere. These rows render the lease-answer grounding through the production resolver: at Mock Towers it points at the topic for the minimum and keeps the policy's extras in the one shared wording (rentersInsuranceExtras); at Demo Lofts it has no insurance line at all.

Byte-identical when no topic answers: the 18 lease-grounding and answer-facts fingerprints pinned on main by #18081 still match. The 'every section' fixture carries renter's insurance.
