Money topics: Clara quotes them
PR #18044 (core topics batch 2). The core-policies pack, run on the subscription runner (claude-sonnet-4-6) against the same rows on origin/main and on the branch. Latest run, after rebasing onto Applying (#18047): origin/main d17784de vs branch aa1695f4. First run: origin/main 79fda44e vs branch 50a78e03. Synthetic eval companies only.

All four new rows fail on main, where nothing reads the new slots, and pass on the branch. In both runs every other row passes on both sides (in the latest run that means the other batches' 74 rows).

What was seeded, and what is adopted
The eval company Example Homes holds knowledge.rent-due-and-grace (due on the 3rd), knowledge.security-deposit (depends on screening, refundable, a deposit waiver plan) and knowledge.move-in-funds (first month's and prorated rent, paid by money order or cashier's check). The late fee and its grace days (pricingDetails.lateFee), the returned payment fee (nsfFee), the deposit amount and the admin fee keep their existing homes and are not re-stored.
The follow-up head f5b7b26d only makes Deposit type required for the Security deposit topic to count as answered. That changes what a save accepts, not what Clara reads, so the run above still holds.
An earlier run's one miss on another batch's PARKING row (not in the latest run)
On the branch, the row "PARKING, a home's own listing with no conflict" (building Q, company Demo Homes) quoted the company's $75 once. It is not caused by this PR. This PR seeds only the Example Homes company, and the full context Clara is handed for building Q is byte-identical on main and on the branch (sha256 c9981107…68d8 on both). Re-run 3 times on each side, the row passed 3 / 3 on the branch and 3 / 3 on main. That makes it a one-off model miss, which belongs to the Parking batch's row.
