The Pets card on a building
Each building's settings carry the Pets answer: the company's, inherited, or the building's own.

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.
1 · A building, inheriting
One TEST building picked. When the building has no answer of its own, the Pets card says what it uses: the company's answer, or that neither the company nor the building has one set. If the building has an older pricing record, the card names it only for size, breed and count, because that is all the record still decides (#17525's field-level precedence). The single control is Set for this building.
This TEST company has not saved its structured Pets answer yet, but it still has a Pets knowledge entry, and Clara answers from it. The first capture read Not set for the company or this building, which implied Clara knew nothing about pets here. So the line now says no Pets answer is saved yet, and that Clara uses the knowledge entries until one is. That is true whether or not such an entry exists.

2 · Setting the building's own answer
After clicking Set for this building, the card opens the same editor the company card uses, with one line saying what it does: this answer replaces the company's here, and only for pets. Nothing is saved until Save. This capture never presses it.
