Staff on All companies get no every-company totals (ruling f535d2eb9): the pages say to pick a company and send no stats read.

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.
1 · Dashboard, All companies: the pick-a-company notice
Platform-staff smoke identity on ?org=*. An information banner: Pick a company to see these numbers. Use the company picker at the top left. No error, no Retry, and no stats request is sent.
Seen here, not fixed in this PR: Occupancy, Revenue, NOI, Maintenance and Collections still draw grey loading bars under the notice (no 'not available' state on those tiles yet). Leasing pipeline and Leads by source still show numbers: other routes (leasing stats is part B, #16820).

2 · Maintenance, All companies: the same notice above the cards
The Maintenance hub now shows the same notice. Its Maintenance card says Not available for this selection instead of counting every building in chunks. Turnovers still counts (part B).

3 · Control: one company picked, the numbers come back
Same identity, anonymized test company picked: no notice, numbers as before. Shot last so the login's remembered pick stays on that company.
