Change tour host — the prospect page action

The ⋯ menu item and the flat form that moves a booked tour to another teammate

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.

1 · The ⋯ menu offers "Change tour host" on a booked tour

A booked, in-person tour that is still ahead. The page's ⋯ menu, which used to render nothing for a lead with no AppFolio application, now carries one action: Change tour host.

Fixture: a synthetic person, lead and tour on a stage test company, deleted after capture.

Asserted in the captured DOM — Change tour host. The menu item's label, read from the opened menu.

2 · One flat form: who can host here, then Move tour

The modal lists the people who can host a tour at this building right now, from the same check the move runs, and says plainly what happens: the tour moves to their calendar, comes off the current host's, and the prospect is not messaged. Move tour stays off until someone is chosen.

On this stage test company nobody has a connected calendar, so the list is empty, and the modal says so in two sentences: who is missing, and what a teammate needs. The list with names, the move and every refusal sentence are pinned in the modal and route tests in the PR.

Asserted in the captured DOM — Change tour host · The prospect is not messaged. · Nobody else can host tours here right now. · Move tour. Title, consequence line, the empty-state sentence and the primary action, in the open modal.
