In-app links no longer put the company or building in the address

Evidence for board row ui-s-b, PRs #15907 (settings link bar) and #15916 (policy drawer and knowledge card). Captured 2026-10-02 from ONE local dev server running both PR heads merged locally, pointed at propflow-stage (an anonymized table, confirmed by the server's own /api/health), signed in as the smoke user, in a TEST company with buildings "Ava Court" and "Brightwater Flats". Every check below ran in the browser and passed (Playwright, exit 0). The address is the real main-frame URL after each click, not a guess.

1 · Settings link bar (#15907): after picking a building

Before this change the pick navigated to /settings/property/notifications?org=…&prop=… and then cleaned it up. Now the address is plain, the bar names the new building at once, and the pick is saved on the login, the same path the top-bar picker uses. The bar itself is unchanged.

2 · Policy drawer (#15916): "All policies →"

The drawer already edits the building the selection names ("Opened from Ava Court"), so the link no longer repeats it on the address. It lands on that building's Property settings at the Follow-ups section, and the anchor survives.

3 · Knowledge card (#15916): "Edit in Settings →" opens the right building

The building page is for "Brightwater Flats" while the top picker still says "Ava Court", so the click has a real change to make. It picks "Brightwater Flats" through the provider and lands on Knowledge & policies for "Brightwater Flats". There is no company or building in the address.

Not covered here

#15918 (the staff go-live checklist's "Open Call routing") was not captured. It is a staff company page, and this round covered the two PRs asked for. The smoke user's saved pick was reset to "every company" at the end of the run. Nothing was sent to anyone, and no phone line was involved.
