The last Leasing sections, and dots on every tab

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.
Policies asks the rules Clara quotes to prospects as fixed questions, each saved as company knowledge Clara reads for every building. Every tab across the top now carries a dot while anything in it is open.
Pet rules, month-to-month notice, lease lengths, renter's insurance and smoking each get one short answer. The Maintenance and Renewals tabs carry dots, because their side-menu rows now read the same answers the page's own question dots read.
Asserted in the captured DOM — Policies · Pet limit and rules · Lease lengths offered · Smoking · Maintenance · Renewals. The five questions and every tab rendered.
On this test company the catch-all line is not set, so Routing carries a dot on its row, its tab and its question. Its on-call list is set up, so Emergencies carries none. Residents never does, because its questions are all Coming soon.
Asserted in the captured DOM — Routing · Emergencies · Residents. The Maintenance side menu rendered.
Round 1 (against the mock). The mock's Policies and Tours & move-in sections ask the same questions in the same order, and they render here as plain one-line answers. The mock's dot rule holds on every tab: the Routing dot matches the open catch-all question, and Emergencies matches its configured on-call list.
Round 2 (brand-and-design.md). The labels are questions a property manager would ask, and each help line is one sentence. Nothing new is drawn by hand: the cards, dots and side menu are the shared pieces. Nothing was saved in the capture.
