BuildingsTable (buildings on/off S4 part 1), shipped dark and captured from the arsenal showcase at /admin/dev/components/buildings-table on the branch's local dev server. All data is invented. PR: #14099.

Top: the customer variant (Building, Units, In Propflow, Notes, Status). Bottom: staff, with the switch labelled In Propflow (dashboard data), a checkbox for each module in the plan, and the Customer can change buildings control. "Looks unused" and "New" appear in amber on the building's second line.

The same two tables in dark mode. Note: the shared Checkbox primitive draws a white check on a white fill in dark mode. That is an app-wide issue and is not changed in this PR.

In the narrow gallery pane the staff table scrolls sideways to Leasing, Renewals, Maintenance, Notes (with the unread dot for staff) and Status.

Turning a building off asks first. It lists what stops, says past conversations and work orders stay visible, and takes an optional note for the Propflow team.
