Buildings card: Off, Drafts and Live per building
Each building's module choice gets a Drafts option on the back-office company page (gk-settings 12.1)

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.
1 · The Buildings card, with Drafts among the choices
Each building × module is now Same as company, then Off · Drafts · Live. Drafts stores the module as on plus a mode: 'drafts' marker; Live is plain on with no marker; Off clears the marker too. The on/off answer every gate reads is unchanged.
The option list is inside each select, so the picture shows the closed controls; the order and labels of the options are pinned by BuildingModulesCard.dom.test.tsx. A building set to Drafts shows a line saying Drafts is not enforced yet, until the drafts runtime lands.

What is not in the picture
No save was run, so nothing was written to stage. Saving Drafts, the stored shape of each choice, and the not-enforced-yet line are pinned by the writer, route and card tests.
