The building picker works at "Every company"
Stage, smoke login: at Every company the building picker lists every building by company, and picking two saves those two.

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.
1 · 1 · At "Every company", the building picker lists every building, all ticked
Gera: "whenever I select all the companies and then click properties it says pick a company in the top left corner… But it's like I did." The company picker says Every company; the building panel now lists every building grouped under its company, every box ticked, footer All Properties — instead of the old "Pick a company in the top-left corner" line.
Asserted in the captured DOM — Every company · All Properties · Deselect all · Done. No "Pick a company" line; the list and footer are the shared picker's.
2 · 2 · Pick two buildings, Done — the page saves exactly those two
Deselect all, tick the first two buildings, Done. The address carries the two building ids; the server reads those buildings' companies and keeps exactly the two. The building trigger then reads 2 properties and the company trigger no longer says Every company. Before this change the same pick (had the panel allowed it) would have saved the buildings' whole companies.
Asserted in the captured DOM — 2 properties. The saved selection is two buildings — the full round trip: address → cookie → server re-mint with the rosters it read.
