Both pickers: the last box unticks, and Done waits
Stage, smoke login: the company picker and the building picker each let you untick the last row; Done greys out until you pick one again.

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.
1 · 1 · Company picker — untick the only ticked company
One company was picked. Before this change its row was greyed out and would not uncheck ("You cannot select nothing"). Now the click unticks it: the footer reads None selected and Done is greyed out, with Pick at least one first. as its hover tooltip (a native tooltip, so it is not in the picture — the unit suites assert it on the button's title). Ticking any company re-enables Done.
Asserted in the captured DOM — None selected · Done. The empty view is reached by unticking the last row, not by Deselect all.

Open the building picker, press Only to leave one building ticked, then untick it. Same result as the company picker, because it is the same ScopePicker: the box unticks, the footer says None selected, and Done waits with the same tooltip. Neither picker has its own Done logic — the change landed once.
