PR #13007: the prospects table pages past its first 100 rows

PR #13007 at 4b64863dfa. Local dev server against the stage table (read-only), staff session, one company picked (13,251 leads in the 60-day window). Table cells are blurred; the company rail is cropped out.

After the page loads, the capture clicks the table's own Next button until it reaches the last loaded page. The table then asks for the next page of the same read with the list's cursor. Checked in the page text: "Showing the 400 most recently active of 13,251" and "400+ prospects"; the pager is on page 7 of 8; the browser made 3 cursor requests; the tiles still show the window's 13251, not the 400 loaded rows.
