Costs page — the purchase-order card names a company it cannot show

PR #12481 (p11-x-combine-companies c4). The PO confirm queue now answers a two-company pick one company at a time. It refuses only a picked company the viewer holds no building in, and the card now says so by name instead of "pick one company".

Captured 2026-09-26 from the branch's own dev server at code 50ef9c831d, data source propflow-stage (anonymized by construction), signed in as the seeded non-staff evidence account (org_admin, JPCO).

FIXTURE. In the browser, the queue's /api/purchase-orders/bindings answer was replaced with the exact refusal the route sends. The rest of the Costs page is the real stage page. It shows how the card looks; the PR's route tests prove the server sends the refusal.

The card stays on screen: it neither vanishes nor reads as "nothing to match".

Close-up. Plain English, no error code, and the company named through the workspace's company-name map.

Checked in the captured DOM: present: Some of the companies you picked can't be shown here., You don't have access to any buildings. Absent: org_not_answerable, answers for one organization at a time, could not be loaded. The feed was forced on 2 requests.
