/review — a picked company the review feeds cannot answer for

PR #12369 (p11-x-combine-companies c1). The past-due reminder, renewal correction and new-lease package feeds now answer a two-company pick one company at a time. They refuse only a picked company the viewer holds no building in, with org_not_answerable. This page shows how /review renders that refusal.

Captured 2026-09-25 from the branch's own dev server at code 4f8bc85d18, data source propflow-stage (anonymized by construction), signed in as the seeded non-staff evidence account (org_admin, JPCO).

FIXTURE. The three feeds' answers were replaced in the browser with the exact refusal the routes send; everything else is the real stage page. It shows how the banner looks. It does not prove the server sends the refusal; the PR's route tests prove that. Why a fixture: see "Details" below.

1 · The banner, naming a company the viewer holds

Review page with the information banner above the queue
The refusal is an information banner above the queue. There is no "could not be loaded" warning, and the tenant confirmations that did answer still list below.
Banner close-up
Close-up. The company is named through the workspace's company-name map (JPCO), and the three feeds that are missing are listed in plain words.

Checked in the captured DOM: present: Some of the companies you picked can't be shown here., You don't have access to any buildings, past-due reminder reviews, renewal corrections, new-lease packages. Absent: could not be loaded, org_not_answerable, answers for one organization at a time. The three feeds were forced on 12 requests.

Details: why a fixture, the unheld-company case, design check

FIXTURE, stated plainly. In the browser, the three feeds' responses were replaced with the exact 400 body the routes send (org_not_answerable plus the shared message). Everything else on the page, including tenant confirmations, the vendor feed, the layout and the company-name map, is the real stage answer. The state could not be reached with a real request: the stage evidence account holds only its home company, the selection drops a company the viewer does not hold, and an org admin's home company is never refused. The repo's ui-evidence.ts refuses rewritten responses by design, so this page was captured with a one-off Playwright script, not that tool. It shows what the banner looks like. It does not prove the server sends this refusal; the route tests in the PR prove that.

2 · A company the viewer does not hold (fixture only)

Banner showing a raw company id
If the refused company is not in the viewer's company-name map, it shows as its id. This is the same fallback the existing "pick one" notice and the company switcher use. A real refusal cannot name such a company, because the selection only keeps companies the viewer holds, so this appears only under the fixture. It is recorded here so nobody has to rediscover it.

Design check

An information tone, not a warning: nothing failed. No emoji, no badge, and plain words with no codes. It is kept separate from the existing "answers for one organization at a time" notice, whose "pick one" advice would tell the viewer to undo a pick these feeds now answer.
