Portfolio Intelligence — the saved layouts follow the company picked
The "Manage report layouts" list is read under the tab's company pick, the same company Forget writes to (p11-page-admin-portfolio-intel part 3).

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.
1 · One company picked: its layouts, read under that pick
The list used to be read with no pick at all, so it answered for whatever company the scope cookie named — and on the setup page a re-pick left it showing the previous company while Forget removed a layout from the new one. It is now read under the same pick the report reads and Forget writes to. Here the Fairhaven Residential (TEST) company is picked, and the popover lists that company's one taught layout — a synthetic TEST layout seeded on stage for this capture. Which company each request names is pinned by LayoutsManager.reads-under-pick.test.tsx.
Asserted in the captured DOM — Layouts Clara knows · Forget this layout. The popover's own list answered for the picked TEST company: its one layout is listed with its Forget button (not the loading line).
