Setup wizard: the loaded frame

The Portfolio Intelligence setup page, loaded. The loading frame was not captured; the page says why.

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.

1 · Loaded frame

The setup route after it resolves: the page header, the step band (Welcome through Done) and the welcome copy ("Teach me your reports", "Hi, I'm Clara."), with the live drop zone and email tracker. On this branch the route's loading frame is built from these same header, step-band and welcome components, with grey placeholders only where the drop zone and the email tracker sit, so the text a reader sees here is the text the loading frame shows.

Loaded frame

The loading frame was not captured

The reviewer asked for the loading frame beside this one. Two honest attempts did not catch it. Both opened the Portfolio Intelligence dashboard, clicked its link into setup, and waited 15 seconds for the loading frame's own marker (the Loading status region inside the setup step band). It never appeared, on a warm dev server and again on a cold one where the route had to compile first.

Why: the dashboard's links into setup are plain links, so the browser loads a whole new page rather than switching routes inside the app, and the setup page itself does almost no server work before it renders. On that path the loading frame is either never sent or gone before a screenshot can be taken. The only way found to hold it on screen long enough is to add a temporary delay to the setup page's code. This evidence run was not allowed to edit the branch, so no delay was added and no loading picture is shown. Nothing on this page stands in for it.
