How these were produced. The first capture is the real stage answer. The other four force /api/portfolio-insights in the browser only (Playwright interception): a 500, a needs_one_org refusal, a 200 with no record, and a 200 with a synthetic fixture record (“Fixture Building A1”) standing in for the one-building snapshot a company-level customer gets — the smoke user is staff and receives the cross-company rollup, so that state is not reachable for it on stage.

Real answer (staff rollup)

Insights dock with real stage insights and no building caption — Staff get the cross-company rollup (propertyId null), which covers every building, so no caption is shown. Unchanged from main.

One building’s snapshot at company level

Critique against the brand and design runbook

Round 1. The caption first rendered flush against the dock edge and wrapped to two lines. Fixed in 40eab95e51: it takes the search row’s 16px inset and a shorter clause.
Round 2. The three empty states use the existing EmptyState (title + one next-step sentence), plain words, no internal terms; “company” and “building” as the product says them. The “Expand” tooltip over the caption is the header button’s hover tooltip left up by the scripted click, not a layout overlap.
