Company pet rule: production test

2026-09-25. Board row sr-pet-fee-hardening, item 5: before any customer sets a company pet rule, set one on our own test company in production and hear Clara quote it.

Voice: PASS. A locked company pet fee of $10 beat the building's own $300, and Clara credited it to the company.

Email: not testable on the real path. The test building's leasing mailbox is a sink. The email wording is covered by #11865's tests and its multi-turn eval.

What was done

What Clara said on the call

"The company's standard pet fee is $10, plus a $300 refundable pet deposit and $35 a month in pet rent."

The $10 is the company's locked amount, credited to the company. The deposit and rent are still the building's own values, because the company set no rule for those.

Still open on the row: an email check on the real path needs a test building with a working leasing mailbox.
