Tour host change notice — in progress, and Check again

What the tour card says while a host change runs, and how a leftover invite is settled

3 Oct 2026 · branch p9-calendar-change-host-notice-states · captured against propflow-stage · at 1056cd08ddc+local

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.

1 · AFTER — a change still running reads as in progress: quiet, no button

The same row. The card now reads in progress as a quiet status line (muted text and a clock, not a red warning) and offers nothing to click, so nobody starts a second create while the first is running. Once the change is old enough to be stuck (2 minutes), it is shown as unfinished with Try again, as before.

Fixture: synthetic stage rows, deleted after capture. Before: the same rows on main.

Asserted in the captured DOM — A change of tour host is in progress. Check back in a minute.. The whole sentence; no Try again is rendered (checked in the DOM test).

2 · AFTER — a leftover old invite offers Check again

The same warning, now with Check again. It asks the server whether that invite is still on the previous host's calendar (read only): if it is gone, the warning clears and its held time slot is released; if it is still there, or the calendar can't be read, the card says so in plain words.
