Onboarding hub UX pass

Before, the loading frame drew only the rows every company has, so on the TEST company the page grew five rows and the whole "Propflow is doing" card when it landed. After, the frame draws the lines this company's page drew last time. Measured: every section and line sits at the same y and height in the ghost and the loaded page. Self-ticking rows read calmly, and "your part done" is said in words.

The "i" beside a long-help question opens the docked side panel. It pushes the page instead of covering it with a modal, and has no expand caret. It explains what the question means, why it matters, an example, and what happens if the question is left blank.

Each answer shows its value greyed, with a link to where it is edited in Settings. Answers with no Settings home say so in words. Module pages go straight to the questions, with no title or intro.

A pick shows at once and saves behind it, then shows a small "Saved". A picked card can be unpicked. "Other" waits for a value. There is one clickable "Propflow suggests" hint and no badges. The tour and holiday rows below are part 4b.

The company value comes first: "Set for all properties" fills only the properties without a value, and pet fees are the company value that properties inherit. Then the properties that differ appear as chips, with an "Override one property…" picker and "Show all properties".

Part 4a: "What counts as an emergency?" saves, with "Clara will use this soon". Part 4b: Residents (languages as a multi-select, the part-waiting message), Hours & contact tour rows, and Renewals follow-up.

Under the ring-list editor: "Find a teammate" (names only) and "+ Add a new person" (name, mobile, role). A contact-only teammate gets no login, no invite and no message.

Buildings sits in the hub rail right after Overview, with a red dot while no building is switched on by a saved choice. The old /settings/buildings address redirects here.
