Every place Propflow's logo changes when we switch to the new Focus Lab logo, before and after.

Two versions of the new logo were designed. This rollout uses the Primary version — black text with colored dots.
On 9/18, Sean and Gera leaned toward the all-black Secondary version for the website. Fede chose the colored Primary version for this rollout. Team to confirm.
Each row is a close-up of the logo exactly as it appears on that page, captured from the live site (before) and the preview (after), shown at the same scale.

Whole-site check: all 30 public pages on propflowai.co were opened. Every one uses the same header and footer logo shown above, so every one is covered. The text-message opt-in page also shows the small dot icon, which is covered too. The hidden name screen readers announce for the logo becomes exactly "Propflow" everywhere (today it is a mix of "PropFlowAI", "PropFlow.ai" and "PropFlowAI home").
Someone who isn't signed in and opens the waitlist link is sent to the homepage's waitlist form, which uses the website header above. Shared report pages: the "after" is the new logo placed into a real shared page; pages already shared keep the old logo until republished.
The top of the homepage, full width.
Browser tab: the small icon barely changes. The old mark already had the fading bars; the new one is just slightly tighter.
The picture that shows when someone pastes a propflowai.co link into Slack, iMessage or LinkedIn. Before is the exact image propflowai.co serves today, downloaded from the live site. After is the image in the pull request. Same card; only the logo changes.
Four real emails, rendered from the same templates Clara uses to send them, with the old logo and then the new one. Nothing else in the emails changes.
The new logo takes the same width as the old one. Because "Propflow" is a shorter word than "PropFlow.ai", its letters come out a little larger. Emails load the logo from our website each time they're opened, so once this is live, emails already sent will also show the new logo when reopened.
The small dot icon next to "Clara" in the app's side menu. The two connector bars become the new fading pills.
Before = propflowai.co (live). After = the Vercel preview of branch fede/preview-focuslab-logo. Close-ups are headless Playwright crops of the rendered logo element at 3× device scale, lossless WebP. The waitlist screen is captured with the page's client-side session check answered in the headless browser only. Emails are the golden-snapshot HTML from origin/main and from fede/focuslab-logo-email, rendered at 680px with each branch's logo PNG. Link preview "before" is https://propflowai.co/opengraph-image.png as served; "after" is the PR's file. Docs-site and share-page "after" images swap the new SVG into the real page before capture.
