The staff company page leads with Modules and its four-step switch; the onboarding hub shows only modules that are not Off

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.
Modules is now the first card on the staff company page (part 1, #16700). The modes are Off · Setting up · Supervised · Live (part 2, #16709): here Leasing is Live, Maintenance is Setting up, Renewals is Off. Setting up stores the module Off, so Clara does nothing for it on any send, call, text or email door (pinned by module-setup-refused.drift.test.ts).
The capture's smoke user is not on the platform-administrator roster, so the card offers Setting up only where it already is. In production the option is still dark.
Asserted in the captured DOM — Modules · Leasing · Live · Setting up · Customer details
The same company in the onboarding hub. The rail lists Overview, Buildings, Leasing and Maintenance; Renewals is gone. The checklist asks only the leasing and maintenance questions, and the progress number counts only those (part 3). Setting up shows, because that is exactly when the customer is answering these questions; Off disappears from the rail, the dots, the cards, the checklist and the progress number. The pure tests also pin Leasing Live with the others Off to Leasing alone.
Asserted in the captured DOM — Before Clara goes live · Answer the leasing questions · Answer the maintenance questions
Opening a Renewals page for this company lands on the Overview, after the same sign-in and membership gates every module page runs.

No setting was written for this capture. The stage platform flag moduleSetupOffered was already on when read at 2026-10-05T22:10:26Z (before this run), and Fairhaven Residential (TEST)'s Maintenance was already in Setting up; both were left exactly as found. Production is untouched: its flag is absent (off) and no company there carries a Setting up record.
