A chatbot answers a question and stops. Here is what Clara does next, one step at a time.

A resident texts about a leak at 2:07 AM. Clara asks them to close the valve, dispatches your on-call plumber, and keeps them posted until it's fixed.
Your maintenance team wakes up to a closed loop, not a voicemail.

Most inquiries land after the office closes. Clara answers every one, offers real tour times, and books the visit before the prospect moves on to the next listing.

We get one question on every first call: do we have to switch software?
No. Clara works with the property management software you already use and writes every conversation, tour, and request back to it. Keep your system. Add a teammate.

PropFlow.ai is now Propflow.
Same team, same Clara, a simpler name. We build an AI teammate for multifamily owner-operators: she answers, schedules, follows up, and dispatches, and your team gets its day back.
The posts are proposals and their dates are illustrative. The pinned carousel would be a 6-page PDF upload.
Banner options: pick one
Same tagline, six treatments from the brand colors. I recommend 3. It stands out most in a feed, and the text stays readable at phone size.

What changed in round 3
- Banner and logo are simple and clean. The banner is the round-1 violet backdrop with only the tagline. The chat bubble is gone. The logo is the round-1 mark on white.
- Ads 1 to 3 are the round-1 designs, unchanged. Fede found them more on brand and closer to Focus Lab's Figma than the round-2 redraw.
- Ads 4 and 5 and all five square versions are new, built in the round-1 style. They use the same type, plates, photos and Clara cards.
- The page layout is unchanged from round 2. It is still the LinkedIn page replica with posts.
What the founders said, and how it shaped this
- A coworker, not a dashboard. Gera, Sep 18: "we're not a dashboard, we're a co-worker." No product screens anywhere.
- Owner-operators first. Aug 13 and 19: "mid market owner operator and AI employee doing the work." The overview names them.
- The tagline stays. Sean, Sep 18, called "your AI teammate for multifamily property management" the clearest. One reviewer wanted a new one; the founders' call wins.
- All-purple orb. On Sep 28 Fede and Gera preferred the original all-purple orb, so the cyan blend is out.
- "The software you already use." Fede's Sep 28 suggestion, used on the switching ad.
- Colored logo for marketing. Gera, Sep 18: black for contracts, color "for marketing, client facing fun stuff."
- Real people, not AI people. Sean, Sep 18: "I would use a real human." Only Focus Lab's photos are used.
- Simple, but say what we do. Gera, Sep 28: "we might be losing what we do." Every ad shows Clara finishing a task.
What other AI agent startups do on LinkedIn
Pulled from their public LinkedIn pages on 2026-09-30. Decagon's LinkedIn page blocked the lookup, so its line comes from its website. Most banner images could not be seen in detail.
| Company | Tagline | Banner | Names customers |
|---|---|---|---|
| EliseAI | "Fixing housing and healthcare with agentic AI to improve how we live." | Not visible in detail | Yes: Remnant, PRG Real Estate, Westcreek Living and others |
| Lindy | "Your next hire is AI. Lindy connects to all your tools, knows everything about your company, and does real work." | Not visible in detail | No |
| Cognition | No marketing tagline. About: "Makers of Devin, the first AI software engineer." | The word "Cognition" on a blue gradient | Yes: GE Aerospace, Rivian, MongoDB and others |
| Decagon | "The AI concierge for every customer." (website) | Not seen on LinkedIn | Yes, on its website |
- Nobody says chatbot or assistant. They say agent, teammate or hire. Our tagline and overview already use "AI teammate" and "does the work."
- Clean banners are the norm. Cognition uses only its name on a gradient. That backs the simple banner Fede asked for, so the banner stays the tagline on the violet backdrop.
- Lindy talks like us. "Your next hire is AI" and "does real work" are close to "you hire her like a coworker." Our overview already says it, so nothing is copied.
- Bigger players name customers. EliseAI, our nearest neighbor in housing, lists its operators. We hold names until the new homepage with customer logos is public, then add them to the overview.
Decisions for Fede: page name, customer names, founders on the page
- Rename the page to "Propflow". Recommended. Add "PropFlow.ai" as an alternate name so old searches still find it.
- Name customers on the page. Hold until the new homepage with the customer logos is public.
- Founders join the page. The Aug 31 plan was after the launch video. Recommended: post the rename and the carousel now, and add founders with the video.
