Alerts were about 96% noise (143 customer alerts, about 5 real). No shipped fix regressed (270 checked, 7 proven working, 194 not yet exercised). The real breakage is two things: Zillow leads creating duplicate people and duplicate AppFolio cards we made, and Clara promising follow-ups with nothing behind them.

Fixes that held (7)

Names that do not match are no longer retried every sync.
AppFolio sync stopped rewriting unchanged records (7M down to 1.7M database writes a day).
The daily "still waiting on your review" chase email stopped (12 a day to 0).
Stale held prospect emails now get closed.
Dropped or bounced emails no longer show as delivered.
AppFolio rate-limit warnings no longer trip the error alarm.
One guest card read twice is saved once.

Likely regressions (correlation, not proven)

Zillow splits since Sep 30. First Clara-made Zillow card was Sep 30, about 2 a day since.
Missed-transfer pages stopped after Oct 4 evening. One page on Oct 2, none for the voicemail transfers on Oct 5 and 6. Two nearby changes; correlation only.
First-reply delays from Oct 4. Sep 28 to Oct 3: 15 of 15 first emails within 3 minutes. Since Oct 4: 37 min, 4h 28m, one never sent.

Not proven

Application link failed at Pomona Park (home not on vacancies list); no prospect shown to have asked.
Greg's lead source (Zillow); no Zillow email exists for him.
Calendar unavailable on Oct 6 yet times still quoted.
Rob's angry voicemail, Sherry, and Oct 5 "office is closed" at noon: unclear if anyone acted or if it was wrong.
12 same-name pairs and about 50 unlinked cards, mostly older backfill.
Situs mirror is 7 days stale because staff paused the sync.

Zillow relay email carries no phone or email, so each one mints a person. Cards: 2971, 2975, 2977, 2978, 2979, 2981, 2985, 2987, 2989 absent from the mirror.
Failing writes: gc:schedule_showing (inquiry fb52dbe0), gc:send_application scope violation (card 1823 vs 179), gc:append_note card 2964.
Unattached applications: app 940 (Greg), app 937 / card 2982 (Sarah), card 196 / app 124 (Will).
Held first email: inquiry f9640819; fix #17261 stops the follow-up, not live at 21:43Z. Also queued, not live: #17257, #17259 (blank names), #17211 (team notices held since Oct 5).
