Part 13b-1, 2026-11-05. Checked read-only through the grid's CLI twin (npm run web -- sheet <co>, the same API the page calls), on the TEST company (the Willows sandbox), after both PRs went live.

The test company has no company-level entries yet, and nothing can write one until topics become writable. So every Value cell is honestly empty and labelled. The test proves the case with values: on synthetic data, every entry the knowledge base returns is the exact Value the grid shows.
The first read after propflowai's deploy took longer than 5 seconds (a cold start), and the grid showed its "unreachable" flag instead of blanks. The next read was 0.2 s and showed ok.
