Everything the fleet could drive without you is driving. What is left is two calls that are genuinely yours — one is a hold you placed, and one is another person's work. Pick an option in each; "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me.
Why only these two are parked: everything else either has an owner driving it or is blocked behind a fix that is already in flight. These two are parked because no agent should decide them — one reverses your own deliberate act, the other touches a colleague's branch.
Neither is urgent tonight. The first one gates a PR that is otherwise ready, so it should not sit for weeks.
hold-for-review you applied on 6 Aug#5465 is the daily tenant PMS auto-sync. You applied hold-for-review to it at 22:21 on 6 August. That label is the repo's own escape hatch: auto-merge will not arm while it is present — but it does not block a manual merge, so it only protects the PR for as long as somebody reads it. I am reading it, which is why this question exists instead of a merge. Separately, #5465 is blocked behind issue #5569 (the 12-shard suite is red on main), and the fix for that — PR #5575 — is in review rounds now. So the hold is not currently the only thing stopping it.
You put a "don't merge this yet" sticker on one PR two days ago. Nothing has removed it, and nothing will remove it without you. That PR also cannot go in yet for an unrelated reason that is being fixed right now. The question is just whether the sticker should stay on once that other fix lands.
#5574 (Lease facts: single source of truth — policy row supersedes knowledge) and #5573 (Email lease answers: resident-aware gate) both sit on fede/ branches. #5573 already carries CHANGES_REQUESTED. Neither has a local checkout or a worktree held here, so nothing of ours is on them. I have deliberately not touched either: driving or closing someone else's PR is a judgement about their work, not a mechanical task, and doing it silently is how a colleague finds their branch rewritten. They were flagged to me only because they are open and unowned by any agent.
Two of Fede's pull requests are sitting open and nobody is moving them. I can help push them along, ask him first, or leave them alone entirely. I did not want to start editing another person's work without you saying so.
Pick an option above and your answers will appear here, ready to copy.
