Mockup for review, version 5: one compact card. Set a fee for all properties or specific ones on one line, and view every property's fee below.

How it works

• Set for all: one green "Apply" when no property has a fee yet. Otherwise "Apply to N remaining" (only properties with no fee) and "Apply to all" (also replaces different amounts). The buttons recount after every apply: once the remaining ones are filled, only "Apply to all" is left, and when everything matches it shows "All set". The amount stays in the box so you can see what the fee is now.
• Specific properties: tick properties in the table (ticked rows turn blue), then "Apply to N selected".
• View all properties: every property in alphabetical order with its fee, searchable. "Set individually" on a row changes just that one.
• After any apply, a green message says what changed, with Undo, and the changed rows say "just set". Nothing already saved changes until someone clicks a button.
