Board row p9-situs, clause 6: texts a staff member sends from a personal phone never reach PropFlow, so the thread must not read as the complete history. One quiet line under every conversation says so.

Data note. Every name and balance below comes from propflow-stage, which is anonymized by construction (ADR-0097/0110 — phones in the impossible +1000 NPA, emails @example.test). The identical capture against prod would carry real tenants' names and balances and is not safe to attach anywhere, which is why the generator refuses to run against one.
A resident text conversation at the test company (round 2: round 1 used a staff-to-Clara thread, which is not the history this clause is about). Under the thread, in the same small grey type as the page's existing "Showing the latest…" line: Only messages sent through PropFlow show here. Texts and calls from personal phones aren't recorded. It is a standing statement, not a warning about this thread: nothing can tell that a given thread is missing a personal-phone text, so the honest thing is to say where the record stops, everywhere, quietly.
Asserted in the captured DOM — Only messages sent through PropFlow show here. · Texts and calls from personal phones aren't recorded.. Both sentences are on the rendered page, after the thread has loaded.
The same page at 390px. The line wraps under the thread card and stays inside the page gutter.
Asserted in the captured DOM — Texts and calls from personal phones aren't recorded.. The second sentence survives the narrow layout.
