What the ad should say and why, based on our customer calls, the product as it ships today, the brand rules and short-form ad practice. For Fede and Trinity to work from.
2026-10-31 · Agent Smith · draft for review, nothing filmed or rendered
One agent, one overloaded day, one turn, then her with a person. The takes so far leaned on a niche feature (traffic-aware tour booking) and opened with four problems at once. Every source points the same way: one protagonist, the pile of busywork, Clara clearing it, and the payoff shown as the agent free to spend time with a renter.
I recommend Concept A, "You'll do the showings", as the lead ad. Its emotional core comes from a real customer moment, and it answers the fear every leasing agent has about AI. Concept B, "Before Monday", is the strongest second ad: it is built on the pain customers raise most often, and we can prove it at the test property.
From #transcripts (666 posts read) and the internal quotes page. In the ad itself, none of these is quoted or attributed, and no customer is named. They tell us which story is true.
| Pain or moment | Near-verbatim | Source |
|---|---|---|
| The job question | The principal showed Clara to his leasing agent: "jaw to the floor… am I still gonna have a job? I'm like, yes, you'll do live showings." | Customer call, 09-09 |
| Nobody answers nights and weekends | "Right now we're taking in no leads after hours." Their go-live goal was "Clara on for weekends and nights." | Customer calls, 10-16 and 10-28 |
| Missed calls nearly cost a lease | A prospect "called 3x, team didn't answer, nearly lost a lease signing." | Intro call, 08-06 |
| The inbox buries the work | About the shared leasing inbox: "I'm afraid it's gonna get drowned." | Customer call, 09-22 |
| No backup | "Our VA that day called in sick, who also does that stuff." | Customer call, 09-09 |
| What they value | "Having the tours get scheduled and answering calls, that does help a lot." And "I asked it about an application, and it was like, I'll ask the leasing team… wow, what a great answer." | On-site manager 10-15; principal 09-09 |
These transcripts are machine-made and the speaker labels are sometimes wrong. Confirm a line with the person who said it before anyone quotes it publicly.

One sentence: a leasing agent worries AI will take her job, and Clara takes the busywork so she keeps the part that's people. About 25 s, no voice (or Fede's voice on a later cut), real footage, captions throughout.
| Time | Picture | On screen |
|---|---|---|
| 0–2.5 | A leasing agent at her desk, close up, real person. Phone face-up and buzzing, a few unread texts sliding in. | Am I still gonna have a job? |
| 2.5–7 | Three fast hard cuts on the same desk: missed-call badge, inbox count, a stack of applications. | Missed calls. / The inbox. / The paperwork. |
| 7–8 | Cut to warm white. Silence. | (none) |
| 8–15 | Real screen capture of Clara's work at the test property, one verb per cut. | Answered. / Tour booked. / Notes logged. / Followed up. |
| 15–21 | The same agent, now standing, walking a renter into an apartment, both laughing. Hold. | Yes. You'll do the showings. |
| 21–25 | Violet field, wordmark, black pill. | Clara does the busywork. You do the people. / That's Clara. Propflow |
Why it works: the hook is the fear every agent has about AI, the turn shows real work, and the payoff answers the hook. It also rebuts "AI replaces staff," which is the objection we'll get anyway.
One sentence: the office closes for the weekend, and by Monday morning every renter has an answer. About 25 s, no voice.
| Time | Picture | On screen |
|---|---|---|
| 0–2 | Leasing office door locks, lights off. | Friday, 6:00 PM. Office closed. |
| 2–8 | Phone on the dark desk lighting up again and again. | Saturday 9:14 AM. A renter asks about a 2-bed. / Sunday 8:40 PM. Another wants a tour. |
| 8–15 | Real capture of Clara's replies, with the true times from the test run. | Answered in seconds. / Tour booked. / Notes in your system. |
| 15–21 | Monday 9 AM. The agent sits down, coffee, scrolls: all handled. She looks up as the first booked renter walks in. | Monday. Nothing to catch up on. |
| 21–25 | End card. | Closed for the weekend. Clara wasn't. / That's Clara. Propflow |
Why it works: this is the pain customers named most, and it can be filmed for real at the Willows test property with true timestamps.
Built on the pre-seed deck's problem line: "The software stores the data. It doesn't do the work. Everything in between is a human inbox." One shot of a full inbox, then Clara emptying it one verb at a time. It's a sharper idea for a LinkedIn audience of operators, but the picture is weaker than A or B because there's no person in it until the end.
