statusShipped means merged and deployed. In flight means written and verified but not merged. Waiting on you means I cannot do it — a login, an approval, a decision. Not started means exactly that. Closed means deliberately dismissed — the reason is on the row, and it counts toward neither progress nor remaining work. In the progress bars it is the dark gray segment after the green.
evidenceEvery shipped row names a PR or a test section. Where I got something wrong, the wrong turn is written down rather than quietly replaced — those rows are the most useful ones on the page.
rounds 1–3Are history: the diagnosis and the ccswitch fixes, all merged. Round 4 is the nudge work from this session. Rounds 5–7 are the backlog, and Round 6 is the part only you can move.
countingProgress counts Shipped against every row on the page, including everything deferred — so the number goes DOWN when I add work I have found but not done. That is deliberate. A tracker that only counts what it has already decided to do is a progress bar for its own optimism.
