In plain terms. Code reviews are about to run out of capacity: every reviewer account is capped or nearly used up for the week, and the only fleet account with real room left is the one the nightly evals use. Should we add a new account for reviews, lend the evals account to reviews, or wait for the weekly limits to reset?
The full question, as raised
claude-pool-reviewer: 4 of 10 accounts answer; best weekly headroom 11% (agentsmith), others 1-5%; nana.ai.app 14% weekly but 5h-capped. Fleet donors: propflow.evals 29% left (CI evals' account), josegarzadev 8%; all others 7d-capped. 4 low-headroom alerts since 10-29 03:17. Adding a seat = writing the AWS secret claude-pool-reviewer (not a harness-prod-write op).
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Add a new account for reviews The pool has hit this low point four times in two days; lending the evals account only moves the shortage to the nightly evals. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Read the 18:48 rotation probe for all 17 fleet and 10 reviewer accounts; checked open decisions (the older fleet-capacity one, b88271588, is already resolved); the pool-secret write is not on the prod-write tool's list, so I cannot file it as a change.
