In plain terms. The AppFolio robot's AI key stopped working yesterday evening and is still broken this morning — can you get a fresh Anthropic API key and put it in place for the AppFolio browser agent?

appfolio-browser-agent's ANTHROPIC_API_KEY (used server-side by Stagehand for login/session-refresh page classification) returns 401 invalid x-api-key on a live test against api.anthropic.com/v1/models. It's been failing since 2026-10-13 19:26Z (12+ hours), tripping the login breaker for identities 7304169e and 08c47b7e and blocking AppFolio L4 calls (record-communication, work-order enrichment) during outages. Need a valid key set in Vercel env (project appfolio-browser-agent) and .env.local.
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Rotate the Anthropic key now Confirmed broken 12+ hrs via live 401 test; blocks real AppFolio operations for 2 identities, not a transient provider outage Tried first, unsuccessfully: Tested the live key directly against Anthropic's API (401 invalid x-api-key), diffed it against the Vercel-prod env snapshot (identical, unrotated), checked propflowai/agent-smith for a spare valid key (none), confirmed via the existing playbook writeup (2026-10-13/14 entry #25) and PR #511/#512 that the misattribution bug is already fixed — only the actual key is still bad. I have no Anthropic console access to mint a replacement myself.
