I'm parked on you

Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me. You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.

1Should we drop the renewal template picker, now that AppFolio picks the template per property?

In plain terms. Trinity found AppFolio's renewal offer uses each property's own template settings, so a company-level template picker may not be needed. The picker is built but parked as a draft (#13234), and the Save that would store the choice is not built. Should we drop both, or keep them?
Why this recommendation
The session raising this recommends: Drop both
AppFolio already chooses the template per property, so a company-level choice would do nothing; the draft stays on its branch if we ever need it.

Both passes agreed on "Keep both on hold until Fede explicitly decides the picker's fate", and it is being escalated anyway: this question turns on money or a commitment to a person (matched 'renewal'), which is not a model's to settle however confident it sounds.

Paid for on 2026-08-07: the unit-607 renewal rate came back RESOLVED from both passes at high confidence and was wrong — Fable found the standup ruling about the move-in SPECIAL and missed the correction posted 2h21m later saying she had actually asked about the RATE.
