In plain terms. A test-building tour slot is stuck because a calendar invite never confirmed — want someone to check that calendar and clear it, or is this fine to leave since it's test-only with no real customer impact?
The full question, as raised

stuck-tour-slot-sweep flagged reservation 663ef4c3-a188-4503-a017-3dccaa1234ea on property appfolio-45 (The Willows, isTest=true, org_sandbox), state=submitted since 2026-10-13T19:35:52Z, resourceId=mailbox:propflow.ai@outlook.com, blocking 2026-10-14T16:00-16:30Z. No tourId stamped on the row. A same-minute Sentry event (JAVASCRIPT-NEXTJS-1H5, POST /api/voice/call-ended, MergedInquiryWriteError at 19:36:34Z) suggests a voice/robocall test call around 19:35-19:36Z triggered this booking attempt and a later step in the post-call write pipeline errored, leaving the calendar-write reservation stuck. By design the sweep never auto-resolves a submitted row, and there is no admin tool for this — resolving it means a human checks the real Outlook calendar for propflow.ai@outlook.com around that time and then either releaseSlot() (event absent) or marks it booked (event present), which is a direct prod-data write needing a founder's go-ahead.

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Check the calendar and clear/confirm it now
it's cheap (one lookup + one internal call) and the row has no TTL, so it otherwise blocks that one test slot forever
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Read stuck-slot-sweep.ts + the route — confirmed it's working as designed, alert-only, never auto-resolves. Pulled the actual DDB row to confirm it's The Willows' dedicated test mailbox, not a shared/customer calendar. Cross-checked Sentry in the same window and found the voice call-ended error. Found no admin endpoint to release/confirm a stuck reservation, only the internal releaseSlot() call, which is a prod-data write I won't make without a direct go-ahead.
