The canary's dedicated AppFolio work order (displayId WILL-1488, SR 1488) was cancelled on AppFolio on 2026-10-08 and can't be un-cancelled. Yesterday's PR #18752 correctly turned the resulting failure into an honest 'config' failure that pages nightly until the fixture is re-seeded — it deliberately did not create the replacement ticket itself, flagging that as a separate ops step. I scanned all 2596 WorkOrders on appfolio-45: 2277 cancelled, 288 completed, 1 auto_resolved, and the 30 'dispatched' ones are either stale maintenance-eval test artifacts or today's own turnover-eval ticket — none safe to repurpose. scripts/seed-pms-sync-eval-entities.ts --complete-work-order only stamps an EXISTING mirrored AppFolio WO into CONFIG/PMS_SYNC_CANARY_FIXTURES; it does not create one. A brand-new AppFolio ticket (via the browser-agent's create-work-order L4 route, same test bench/unit the canary's vendor+tenant already live on) is the only way to restore the work_order leg.

eb831c83 asked it this way:
pms-sync-canary's work_order fixture (wo_appfolio_1489_…, displayId WILL-1488) on property 45 (The Willows, AppFolio test bench) has been status=cancelled since 2026-10-08. A cancelled WO silently no-ops priority writes, so the nightly round-trip's sync-assert fails every night (known, diagnosed, PR #18752 merged 2026-10-11 — the failure is now loud/labeled 'config' by design, not a regression). Remediation requires creating a fresh OPEN work order on the AppFolio jpco/Willows bench (a real third-party-production write, even though the property is isTest) and then running scripts/seed-pms-sync-eval-entities.ts --apply --complete-work-order --af-work-order-id <new-id> to repoint CONFIG/PMS_SYNC_CANARY_FIXTURES. No code change is needed; this is a manual AppFolio action + a script run a founder approves.
