In plain terms. Should Clara's staff emails be allowed to repeat a caller's own apartment number when she already knew it, even if the caller didn't say it on that call? Right now she can't, and it's already caused 2 of her first 4 handoff emails to this property's team to go out silently blank.
The full question, as raised
team-notify's summarize.ts grounding check (summarize.ts / engine.ts compose()) only treats TeamProperty.name, firstName, and phone as 'record' facts; HandoffIntent.tenancy.unit exists in types.ts but is never threaded into SummaryInput, and a prospect's own applied-for unit (recalled by Clara's context, not restated by the caller) has no record representation at all. Result: any callback/callNow handoff where Clara accurately cites a unit number not spoken by the caller in that call fails grounding 3/3 retries and is silently refused (summary_failed, no team email, no fallback per Fede's 2026-10-04 ruling). Org org_jpco has exactly 4 handoff notices ever (since 2026-10-05); 2 of 4 are this exact failure, both for the same caller/unit 515, 3 minutes apart (Sentry JAVASCRIPT-NEXTJS-1H7/1H9).
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Let her repeat a known unit number The guard already has the right data sitting unused right next to the facts it does trust (property name); the gap is a wiring miss, not a deliberate restriction, and it's already silently dropping half of this org's handoff notices to staff Tried first, unsuccessfully: Pulled the real Sentry events, the conversation transcript (Maxwell J. Vierling / Camellia, 2026-10-13), and all 4 TeamNotice rows for org_jpco from prod; confirmed the caller never said 'unit 515' himself but Clara's recall of it was accurate (his known application), and traced the gap to engine.ts compose() never passing intent.tenancy through to the grounding check
